Vacation Hikes

We were able to spend last week in Squaw Valley.

It was so relaxing and fun.

We went hiking to a couple of waterfalls.

It was so beautiful. 

I could have stayed up there all day.

We also hiked to the Vikingsholm Castle.

This was a 1 mile hike down a steep trail.

(and back up, but both boys made it with a few stops)

It isn't really a castle,

but it's a beautiful house 

in a fabulous location!

It was really fun to be able to go on

some nice and easy hikes with the boys.

(and not hear whining every 2 minutes)
