Fun Friday !
The boys came up with the idea of turning friday into FUN FRIDAY !
Each friday we try and come up with something fun to do and enjoy together.
Here are some examples of what we have done :
An indoor picnic while watching a movie.
An outdoor picnic at the park.
Having a friend over to play.
Going to McDonald's for lunch.
Making a fort and playing all afternoon inside.
Today is a special Fun Friday. M has a field trip to ride a train today. We decided it would be ok for R to come along and miss school today. (He is doing very well in K and I want him to remember us letting him have some fun days too) After the train ride we are going out to have a special lunch. Then this afternoon, grandparents, uncles and big brother are coming for the weekend. What a fun surprise that will be! We have an exciting weekend of T-ball, dinner together, maybe play a little Apples to Apples and then Rivercats on Sunday! I can't wait to enjoy it all with family.
