Christmas Spirit

Life is slowly moving back into the normal routine.

We still think of Grandpa everyday and miss him so.

But we also know that he would want us to keep on living

And enjoy this Christmas season with family.

So we are getting ready to do just that.

The trees are up.

(1 in the family room & 1 in the playrrom)

The house is decorated.

Pressies are beginning to show up under the tree.

Homemade peppermint Ice Cream is being made daily.

We are hosting Christmas this year.

We are excited to have everyone come over and celebrate.

The menu for Christmas Dinner is almost done.

Shopping will begin on Monday.

I am feeling more and more in the Christmas spirit.

Sitting on the couch this am watching the boys play.

Enjoying a show on the tv while curled under my Christmas Blanket.

I am so thankful that we will be with family.

It is going to be a different Christmas,

But I hope we can make it a special one too!
