Motivation

Ok..so I have been slacking lately in the exercise area. I honestly mean to set time aside in the day to workout, but then something comes up and it is pushed to later in the day. Again something comes up and next thing I know, I didn't do anything.

So I need to come up with a plan to get going again..I need MOTIVATION !

My goal for this coming week (friday to friday) is to start small. A 20 minute workout 5 days this week. I am going to check in with all of you here on my blog as a way to be accountable. ( I always seem to do better when I am accountable) So here's to having a healthier body and getting back into the swing of things !
