Chalk It Up & Gold Rush Days

About a month ago we had a fun weekend.

We went to a local event called "Chalk It Up"

A small park hosted the event,

artists each had a section of sidewalk to create

their masterpiece in chalk.

There was also an area where kids could draw their own picture.

The boys seemed to enjoy it.

The rest of the afternoon we spent back in the Gold Rush Days.
There was a gun fight...

...a little panning for gold...

...and cannons were fired!

A pretty fun family day had by all!
