Cake Decorating Class Part 1

Tonight was the first of four weeks of cake decorating. My girlfriend and I were both wanting to take the class for some time now, so we thought it would be fun to do together. Little did we know what we were getting into. We received quite a lot of info tonight about making icing, frosting the cake, what supplies are needed (lots) and our list of homework for next week. Even though it was a lot to take in tonight, I am excited to deocrate our cakes next week. I forgot the camera this week, but that's ok, since the decorating doesn't start until next week.
